I drove one for 3 years. You could easily get those things up to 50mph, especially on the convoy back to garrison. |

Actually an M113A1 mostly although we did get some A2's late in my tour.
Not even the feared German Polizei tries to stop a convoy of tanks and APC's on it's way home from the field. The smell alone would incapacitate them... |

Actually I think 2006 is part of the problem. It's been 34 years since a human being walked on the moon. I think people are starting to have a hard time believing we ever went. |
