I see there is alot of questions about cost etc... Here is two more.
1) Can we pre-order and have a CD mailed to us to include all the SH2 mods?
2) Will this mod in anyway over write the current structure of SH2 or will it have it's own directory structure?
3) Can someone get rid of my current rank since I may become a target! and what do those characters say? |

This should be possible.

You better install it in a separate directory and have its own directory structure.

Call this mod a 'full conversion', it did not replace only the theater and models, it goes deeply into the SHII file structure and replace essential data and add new content.
You can't easy switch between the original look'n feel of SHII and PA.
If you want to play further the original SHII you will need for PA a second fresh full installation of SHII+1.1patch (optional with PM 0.15, high-res and other mods). |

Right so to have both German SHII and PA SHII we'll need a dual install. A bit like when have an SCX SubCommand and a plain jane Sub Command.
Will there be instructions on how to do this as with Sub Command it required going into the registry.
I am definately going to order it while the pound is strong |

1. Yes, check here for Super CD details, I am updating the page to include the Pacific Aces campaign. CD should be available later this week.

To play this and the original SH2 just do this:
Make 1 fresh install of SH2 with the 1.1 patch.
Copy the entire SH2 folder to a new location , maybe "Silent Hunter II - PA"?
Install whatever mods you want on the first folder to play the original SH2.
Install PA to "Silent Hunter II - PA" (The installer will ask you where it should be installed)
The installer will make new shortcuts in the windows Start menu and a shortcut to play PA on your desktop. |
