Can someone help me with a Mission?

There is a posted mission under subsim download called "Ice Ice baby!" but when i start it, I start in the middle of the convoy and get creamed. Can't dive quick enough.
The pack includes two missions, and in one, I started 3m off the starboard of a T3! :dead: That was close.
I'm not that good with a deck gun, so I want to start submerged.
If one of you guys doesn't mind, could you mess around with this mission please. I just don't have enough time with homework and all.

It is at subsim downloads, and under SHIII custom missions.

I´ve changed both missions so that you start at 25m.
