Is it possible to create your own campaign? Using the same screens as in career mode being able to choose crew, boat, loadout ect?

I meant with making a campaing, that I build new scenarios in the mission editor, give new patrol areas, give radio messages to send the player to the scenarios area and calculate date, that the player has enough time to arrive at the screen.

But would be possible to create a mission (or event) to include in the career scenario?

For example building a naval battle event and link it to the career scenario which at day X hour Y trigger the event and if the player is in the area he will see the event unfolding?

Is the mission editior the right tool for that or exist some other tool to create such events?

Please could someone give some tips about this?

Thanks in advance
