Help for Mission 4, german Surface

I have been stuck on this mission for DAYS. I just cant seem to sink them all (isnt that what you have to do?)

They always split into 2 groups and then i kill one and cant find the other. ANy help?

This is the mission with all the American PTs BTW, the first Desktroyer mission.
