There is an SCR file that we merged with our campaign (me and the other boat that headed there). It's a little bit bugged, though, since there are constant reports of static carriers, that might need a bit of fixing.

I can't say I saw much traffic there myself, but I never made it to the "hot" area, either :hmm:

Posted more pics there, by the way, like this one:

Thats right, bases are on the LND layer.. SCR layer.. had alot of patrolling escorts near the coastlines. The RND layer, im going to assume is some derivitave of improved convoys. I think IC pretty much left the indian ocean alone. The chanes of a contact report out there, (by default) is REALLY low. I think your chances of picking something up would be somewhere along the SW corner of austrila, or up near the suez canal. Lots of traffic comes out of that area if i remmber the RND layer correctly. I think most of what you'll see is small /coastal merchants. No C2's, C3's liberty ships or the like.

Anyway if your using a different RND layer then some version of IC (where the indian ocean is usualy the "forgotton theater" ), id love to know what your using Very Happy I revamped it once, but made it its own campaign and certainly not realistic.

I finally figured out why destroyers are so accurate, they send divers!

Another angle, as you can see, quite heavy bombardment.

Memo to DD sailors - never sit or lie down on the depth charge readyrack. If you must do so, swimming trunks and very good earplugs should be worn. Yep
