Yes, it´s Fast Attack.
"ESM, Radar Warning", "Conn Sonar, no longer cavitating", "Torpedo in the Water, Sir", "Conn Sonar, new contact, designated Sierra ... Two"
Ahh, fond memories in a DOS enviroment... |

Note, these were taken in an emulator in Windows XP, and it's hard to get it working on a modern system. There are some graphics problems on the launch screen. It also crashes often, but that's not visible on the screenshots Those who would still like to play this game probably should look for an older PC with DOS and a supported soundcard.. |

Wow, what an advanced game for it's time! Fire control screen looks really very interesting, almost better than some modern sims... |

There are also nice things there, like the fact that you no longer have exact position information for torpedoes if the wire breaks, and programmable paths for the harpoon were also available.
A problem was the limited amount of trackers (4), and the inability to get more solutions on the map (except from satellite data, but that gave delayed info). Also, ADCAP presets were limited to course and enable range, so they were always active sonar and full speed. But compared to other stuff available at the time, it was pretty good. For the crashes, there was a patch:

(but still very hard to get it working on Windows XP) |
