| Check your radio messages. They will tell you that the Blue Dragon team is on a fishing boat, and give you the rendezvous point. On your screendump, Blue Dragon is M03. |

Thanks. I guess I took the "boat" thing to be more scenario flavor and was expecting to find a team at the pick up point in a raft.  |
