I just recognised the screen after playing it so long. I only played the free version. The pay version had rediculous rates. I even found out a way to chat in the free version. Iron Wolves is no more, though, as far as I can tell. The URL doesn't go to the right website anymore. It was a good concept, though. The paying players could choose any ship or sub they wanted. The free players had to first take control of a defenseless tanker and make it to their designated position. If you were successful, you would get either a submarine or corvette. Luckily, though, it was frowned upon to shoot poor, defenseless tankers (although that didn't stop some people). |
