Was just thinking about certain things Berry had touched on, concerning the # of patrols you can make in this game.
An idea i thought might be interesting for a future sub game would be the ability to give up or " graduate " to Bdu, and from that point, the game(sh4 for example ) becomes a RTS game, very similar in idea to MTW or RTW, in which you can plot and set up wolfpaks, etc. with the dateline set, month by month.
I realized this isn;t a novel idea. just a thought that came into my head earlier.
Watcha guys think ? :hmm: |

thats an interesting idea and all but would defeat the purpose of the series all together. to go from patrolling on the seas and sinking british subs to a desk job where all you do is plot patrols and set up wolfpacks for the department you were assigned to would bring a big "boo" from the current Subsim fans we know and love today. However if they made it so you could create fleets of subs/ships populate harbors according to supplies and forces available to your regime while also being able to switch into sub mode and go on patrols like in SH3 as of current..that would probably get alot of good rep. |
