You mean I was actually right?! I started searching Google for early helicopters. Then I got the idea to search for early Sikorsky helicopters. After I saw some German references, I search for early German helicopters. I came across a site with a blue FA-330. I debated if that could indeed be it. I never did find the actual photograph of the helo used in the DW photo. Usually I can find them.
If that is considered close enough, what was it actually? The first thing that I could really think of was the Mini Gyro from Crimson Skies: High Road To Revenge.
