|
Has anyone ‘else’ noticed how there is now virtually NO activity here in these forums anymore, how warfleet.net has gone without an update for MONTHS now, and how the forums at Enigma: Tides of War (if full of happy, severely delusional jabbers) are COMPLETELY out of touch with reality (i.e., they actually still believe there that ‘somebody’ is working on this game)?? Let’s face it, with Dangerous Waters and Silent Hunter III out on the shelves now, Enigma’s hopes of becoming a successful MMOG are basically zero. With the simply massive assortment of patches, mods, and expansions which might (probably will) follow these other (big-developer) titles, how can a small firm like Tesseraction ‘really’ hope to compete? Frankly, I would not be surprised if EAST and his team had already given up on the Enigma: MMOG, and moved on to other and more profitable ventures - merely, deliberately leading the rest of ‘us’ (ERT players) on in the meanwhile with thoughts and promises of a MMOG so that we might not otherwise produce any public outcry which would tarnish their reputation and make it difficult for them to do business in other areas. For such heinous and deliberate deceit of his once trusting customer base, EAST and the rest of his team ought to be in JAIL…!!! So, that said, who wants to start a pool on what date he’ll be arrested? Cheers! |

Wasn't the 'Flower' essentially a converted whaler? That more or less makes it an armed fishing boat... hehehe... |

Did it ever occur to you that the forums are "dead" cause people are busy playing Enigma? |

Jokes apart, more likely with SH3 and DW. Like me. I've been playing ERT for 2 or three years (I own 3 copies for my lap, my home and my office computer) waiting for real war add-ons/patches and/or MP.
Now I'm bored and sad. I loved ERT but without real war, I mean 1939->1945 naval war and MP it will loose more and more customers/aficionados and be probably dead in 6-12 months like this forum.
I hope to be wrong, however the more months without anything new, the less I hope. |

Ummm...i was actually defending East and E:RT. In fact, I actullay plugged Enigmas forums!
"Disgraceful" was aimed at "terror of th seas" for his immature statement.

Umm and yeah I believe you guys were allready warned once or twice about harrasing other games on this forum, so go play your game and stay out of here till you got some constructive things to say.
I wasnt answering you, it was aimed at the topic starter |

personally im not putting enigma away, i send it to port tho.
i still like it and will be waiting for future improvements.
but i have to admit that i can feel with the lot of ppl who throw enigma away. shame that the promised MP is taking that long.
well, anyways enigma is a good game still. just not for thoose who lovw multiplayer sessions.
go on and flame me.
