Problem with periscope compass heading

For some reason, the periscope compass heading in the scope view only shows vertical green lines (or white blotches, or red lines). I took a look at the 3600CompassSlider file and everything there looks fine.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, please let me know.

If the graphics are OK, it could probably lie on the Periscope DSF inside sim/DSF/800 and sim/1024/DSF

Check that the file is OK, or even better replace it by a safe one Ping
