Seriously, though, all the hardcore subsimmers and manual TDC'ers should remember that when SHIII comes out, there will be hundreds of new players that actually WANT to play on the easy setting and have as much artificial help as possible.

Hopefully they'll get into the sim and grow out of their need for the red triangle and other aids, but without an easy mode, some of them wouldn't even get started.

SHIII has to cater for subsim novices as well as veterans - don't forget that.

anybody remember (mainly you brits) 'Chockey' a kids sci-fi-drama series back in the early eighties? I'm sure that had a triangle in it as the 'alien' prescence, might have been green though, not red... based on a book by the dude who wrote the Tripods- John Christopher, I think :doh:

The evidence is pointing to some 'triangular conspiracy'! a triumvate of doom perchance? lol

And yes, I think there was a large triangle thingy in it.
