Hey, create models for SC? I'm on it!
4000 Polys aren't alot, but is acceptable.
About the convereter, I need someone that could say me where I could find it to make the model work... A question: The model needs to be .3ds format? (it's ok if it needs to, only curiosity)
---Some suggestion about some SCX model that isn't that good, or a sub that still isn't included on it
woulb be very useful( I have the following models ready: Virginia, Seawolf, Collins, Typhoon and 688)
--- Thanks --- |

The models you have mentioned are already in SCX bar my Seawolf.
But as DW is almost on the scene all my models will be for anything if at all happens with that. |

I used to have the plugin but lost it.
The only other guy I know who would J3D stuff for you is away for a few weeks on Navy business so I am stuck for getting models in SC for the time being. |

okey....
well now dw is coming out and most wil get it, maybe it's good to start making models for that.
i dunno if there will be a diffrence in the poly count, but i'm sure the maps size of 512/512 px will be working well.
i must admit that my knowlede about making mods and stuff for games is level newbie.
but thats totaly opposite for modeling and texturing knowdge.
i would love to try making some models for dw and make them playable.
my problem is that i don't know what to do after i'm done with the model. |
