There was also a show called "Death of the Wolfpacks" on Discovery International (276 on my Comcast Cable). I want to check that out too, because I missed most of it. |

Oh, I wish I watched it here! History Channel Japan will air this soon.
Well, I watched "Silent Service" on the channel here every Tuesday, I recorded all series on video tape. This was so impressive! \ |

Is this the three part documentary you're talking about?
If it is I got it on video, GREAT series and some really good interviews
with veterans from both sides.......great stuff |

The videos of "Silent Service" series are available for $45.95 per set in the following link! (as you see on the web, there are 3!);

Of course including interviews with submarine veterans and films which were shot in WW2! they are awesome! |

Yarrggh, always miss the shows I really want to see on the History channel :dead:
I saw "Death of the Wolfpacks" on the guide when it was on but I dont get the International channel on my current package. :doh:
Tomorrow on "Deep Sea Detectives" they are studying a WW2 Japanese midget sub.

You seem to be a lot of fun with the videos.
I like the program very much, too. I always take a look at the video tape on which I recorded it a few months ago from the History Channel Japan directly when the time hung heavy on my hands.

Why don't you get the videos from the website?
Of course it's up to you if you do it or not.... :hmm: |
