I call mine the Courageous. I like to use the frigate, good combination of speed and firepower. |

I usually name my flagship the "Highway Star" after an old Deep Purple song. I like the Sloop of War or the Royal Sloop, they don't hold much cargo, but they're like jet fighters in ship battles and turn on a dime. They also make those long trips east into the tradewinds a lot easier. |

I like the frigate best. Had one named "Hawk" and the other "Eagle".
The Brig of War is nice too...until I got a frigate. |

A Brig of War is my favorite. Turns good and tight, fairly fast in 4 directions (most of any ship) will carry 200 men and 32 guns.
Only one drawback, very hard to find and capture....

The frigate has the same stats as a brig of War except that it goes faster sailing into the wind.l |

I liked the Frigate but I kept sinking too many ships by accident. A 24 cannon Brig with upgrades is my choice.
