I found the bug in the Helo transfer objective. It's actually due to a problem with the game... The damm helo doesn't follow orders! I've given it a path to follow, at 3 knots airspeed. Instead, it wants to fly at 7 knots.

Here's a simple way to fix the Sicilian Wedding mission:

Open the mission in the Mission Editor.
Go to Goal 28 (Helo Approach Sub)
On Page 2 of that goal, change 'Max Speed' from '6' to '10'.

That's it!
