Dear all
Is there any available Web resources about the physics of noise produced by ships, as well as how passive detection and classification is accomplished:
- What are the maths behind noise spectrum analysis, which "analysis bandwiths" are usually used/required for proper classification, etc.?
- How does the propeller/shaft rotation affect the spectum of the signal, what are the maths behing DEMON analysis?
If someone has unclassified documentation in electronic format, could you please send it to me?
Note: I'm looking for detailed material.
Best regards,
