We do, Your Honor.

Mr. Codmander, you claim you received a severe punishment for a lesser crime. The court would like to know one thing-when you made the post for which you were punished, were you trying to be helpful, or did you intentionally publish misleading information just for the purpose of "having a laugh" off of your fellow subsimmers?

The question is not acceptable, defender. We are judging Drebbel here, and not codmander :nope: And it is already clear that Drebbels status justifies this trial ( Unlike Codmander's direct brig punishment ), so we can't accept you comparing them.

Any question else?

Your honor, the question goes to the intentions of the witness. I think I can prove that the witness is jealous of my client, and has a personal wish to see my client suffer. As evidence I present the following recording of the witness proudly proclaiming his intention to decieve the court:

Your honor, based on this evidence the Defense requests that this witness be declared unreliable and his testimony disregarded.

In fact, based on this evidence the Defense requests that this witness be confined to the brig immediately (or at least be demoted to "Nurse" or "Sailor Dan").

Well, then why didn't you ask it like that from the beginning?? Mad

Codmander: Have you any personal hate or jealousness to the accused? Are you interested in him being condemned?
:hmm:

Yes, Your Honor.

Prosecution would like to present exhibit B. Which is, in fact, Drebbel's first and only comment in the vicious "New release date for SHIII" thread.

EXHIBIT B:

Oops, I accidently deleted the Judge's post asking the defense if they wished to question the witness (sorry!).
