But as everyone can clearly see, there is no new release date information anywhere. Only the well and long known release time of February 2005, which has already been announced by the DevTeam months back. And to exactly point out this heinous act of spreading disinformation and cold-blooded cruelty against fellow subsimmers, 'date' and in this case 'release date' means either dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy format. Eg. 19/11/2004 or 11/19/2004. In this case there is neither one.. just "Available February 2005".

And from here we can easily draw the conclusion that Drebbel's intentions had nothing to do with sharing this printed announcement of Silent Hunter III's forthcoming release with the community but to intentionally fool, mislead and cause increased heart rates among fellow 'simmers who've been anxiously waiting this title to be released and putting all their hopes on it because of the somewhat disappointed Silent Hunter II. It had it's flaws but after hard work from the community and it's own perspective it was a good sim. So now that the next chapter in Silent Hunter saga is on it's way to finally become reality to every subsimmer around the world, these kind of acts of mental violence and especially of such great magnitude are simply unacceptable no matter how you look at it.

And like mr. codmander stated, he has been punished with brigh for similar acts. Whether these acts were lesser, equal or worse it's irrelevant at this point and I won't get in to them any more than I already have.

But in the light of codmander's punishments, leaving Drebbel intact would certainly discriminate forum members thus putting them in unequal positions when such matters as, for example, forum etiquette is concerned. The outcome of this trial will lead the way for us for the days to come. But will it lead to the murky darkness of human mind where chaos and anarchy rule without emotions, without compassion, without respect for fellow soul or will it be the road to brighter future where all the subsimmers as one head for the common goal, giving the helping hand should one fall, giving shelter should one need any... only time shall tell.

Certainly the witness dissapeared for some time, and re-appears under a different identity :hmm: , but you can't ignore that he acts & speaks same as codmander. The Bailiff will check the IP and ensure wether we are talking about the same person. Otherwise, his words will not be considered.
