"To receive the Silent Hunter II Hi-Res Enhancement Pack & SH2 Pacific Aces conversion make a $5 donation."

A few weeks (at lease 3 weeks or more) I paid a donation thru "Paypal" but have not received the cd FROM THE "WOLFPACK LEAGUE".

How can I get someone to send it or a contact to communicate with?
