Palindromeria has pointed out that the stock version of Fubuki-class DD is missing sonar. Since this is the most common DD in PA, getting sonar back can significantly affect the gameplay. To do that, open NDDFubuki.UDF in the Sim\Units folder, find the following lines
[SENSOR5]
Type = SONAR
System = SonarJP_Type93m1
and replace SENSOR5 with SENSOR6 |

*Sheepish grin* I've figured it out. But how do I get my manual dive planes to work? I have PM installed. Also is the EOT in the q menu still not active insofar as click points? |

From some notes I took:
The numeric keypad
Down: 2
Up: 8
Full down: Ctrl+2
Full up: Ctrl+8
Level off: 5

Is there a working link for the glitch patch? The ones from 2004 are dead. |

Thanks. I found a source that worked. Memo to file - next time, look harder and longer before asking for help . |

I have a live link to some of these downloads and its been on here for ages. The site ones are, apparently, dead.
PATCHES
If you know the name of the patch add it to the end with a forward slash eg: /PA1.1_Glitchfix_Pack.zip
A couple of the files in that directory are not SH2 or PA by the way. The files are always here as long as my bandwidth is not exceeded. As I pay for everything myself, obviously downloads are NOT my priority. |
