I have it set to send me an email whenever someone posts a reply in topic that I started but for some reason it doesn't work. Do you guys know what to do about it ? I've heard that there must be something set up properly in one's web browser but haven't got a clue what it is.

There is no setting in your browser, its all in the SubSims Forum database, You should double check your profile http://207.44.164.159/phpBB/profile.php?mode=editprofile
if its still set.
if it is then there is likely a problem with the forum mailer.
I dont use it myself, so I cant say if it works or not |

You might also wanna check that your Email INBOX isnt full (if youre using Outlook or other email clients, make sure they are set to: "Dont leave messages on server".
You can check that in the clients option.
and you can login to your webmail via IE and see if your inbox limit is reached. if so then delete the mails from the webmail login. |

It isn't working, I'll have a look and see if I can fix it. |

No, it isn't since I set my server to forward all emails (and remove them from itself) to my local inbox.
Thanks for advice anyway.
