If you did not receive the autoreply e-mail with your Subsim Bonus Mods, Hi Res Kit, and Pacific Aces info, read the following:

Make sure you turn OFF your spam filter for the next few hours after your donate. We have several people each month write in to ask about their download info and when we check, we see the autoreply did send it but their spam filter must have erased the e-mail.

Also, the autoreply sends the download info to the e-mail address you use with PayPal. Be sure you check that e-mail account for the download info.

The autoreply usually sends the download info within 30 minutes but please allow 6 hours before writing in to check. If after 6+ hours you are still waiting, fire off an e-mail your PayPal e-mail address and the date of the donation to support@subsim.com and I will get right on it.

I see the autoreply sent you the download info on the 30th, and then I sent it again on the 1st, see the attached e-mails. There is something on your end stopping my e-mail.
