Don't know about Arlo, but if I could go back thirty years I'd still be married.

I got OUT of the navy more than thirty years ago.

My two daughters are twenty-four and twenty-one.

A thirty year rollback would put me at the 12 yr. mark. 1974 wasn't too bad. As far as parents go .... "America person" doesn't realize it now but there'll come a day when such security is sorely missed. :know:

Yes indeed. Somewhere between eighteen and twenty-five you suddenly find yourself working for a living...and wishing you were back in school. Then you find yourself in love...and worried about whether it'll last. And then you find yourself married, and with kids of your own...and worried about how you're going to feed them and put them through college. And then they're teenagers...and you spend all your time worrying about what kind of harm they're doing to themselves, and knowing that all they think about is how overbearing you are. And then they're grown...and you wonder "Where did my life go".

Or, at fifteen, twenty-five, thirty-five, forty-five or fifty-five...you can try to remember that everything changes, and for the most part there's not a lot you can do about it. It is what it is, and life is what you make of it.

Did I just wax philosophical? I gotta hop on the Kawi and go for a ride...or play some SHII.
