I guess you see another scope in front because you saved and reloaded the game. If you go to the external view by pressing F12, you will also see floating AA guns. That is a known bug which can't be corrected without an access to the SH2 source code. When you will finish the patrol and start another one, everything will be normal again.
Try to avoid saving misssions in the middle of the patrol in the future. |

Hello Horsa,
I found the red button as you said and I got the wild screen, but unfortunatly with a blue circle without any information in it... I don't see the angle vision rod and of course no boats at all when in visual sighting....
Does anything exist to correct it ?
Otherwise what to do ?
Thanks for suggestions if you have...
Actually without any possibility to play PA game at all...
Have no idea why it don't work but I read here in the begining of that post some low rate computer will not agree for this scop !!!

Imp,
If you are at P--Dept and raise the scope with page up key and click the
Red button you should see out the scope If there are ships out there
in visual range you should see them. be sure Rig for Red is off.
your Z key works the same as the SH2 scope.
if you PC won't handel the resulation," I run at 800x600x32 ok"
then you will need to delete PA and run the install again
and install the default SH2 scope. Sounds to me you are seeing normal
if there are no ships out there Not sure what you mean angle vision rod?
That's about all I can help you with. Horsa mit want to add something.

I've install PA without Kollmorgan scope. But now I wish to try and use it and, eventually, uninstall after.
What is the best way to do that ? |

I can't seem to get the scope working..all I see is a little visable circle in the middle of the screen, maybe 1.5 inches wide. When I click the red light it just makes the screen dark with the same 1.5 " circle?
Any ideas

Push the little red button in the bottom right corner of the screen with your mouse to enable full view. Also secure from red during night times to remove the red mask while at full view |

Quote: | he Kollmorgan scope was a collimating periscope which used moveable prisms to determine the range of the target. Once the image of the ship was superimposed over the target image, the range was read off and entered into the tdc. (This has not been modeled). |
What is the chances of this ever happening?? |

To be fair to our intrepid programmers, is it really necessary. I would prefer bugs to be fixed than people draming up "new" ideas. |

Er...what's the hotkey to "secure from red?" It's probably right in front of me but I can't find it....
Thanks! |
