scopes, dive planes, and rudder have been added, and functionality tested against the code.





everything moves as predicted, diveplanes deploy and rotate... two scopes currently raise and lower (this may be changed to a single movable scope though)...

only the deck gun and the aa gun left to add and test against enemy ships and planes... then the external sub will be complete...

ahhh, almost forgot... the deck crew animations also need to be redone... and caustic reflections added, *then* the exterior Gato/Balao sub models will be complete

(there's always one more thing)

got the underwater caustic reflections in... don't look that bad, but i'm still playing with em...
