I'll be interested to see how long it takes for the after market detail items to hit the market for this baby. Thumbs Up Now, if only someone can come up with a WWII US sub sim that rivals SHIII for graphics and DW for realism. Thumbs Up

Oh,it looks so nice.
But I can't buy it.
It is too big to decorate in my house. Embarassed

If it is 1:144 scale, it sounds more good for me.

In Japan ,I heard "Hasegawa" will reproduct Japanese sub I-400 1:160 scale
replacing to new material.

Anyway next time I hope REVELL will make Japanese submarine
in 1:72 scale. Laughing

Hey I have seen the German sub here in Kaiserslautern at a hobby shop. Since my wife and I will be living here for 3 years... we plan to go see the sites.. I really wanna see the sub pens and Normandy. The uboat model i saw was in the store window.. it was HUGE.. I wish I had the space and time to make one Smile

That's what I've been waiting for. A real Gato.
With the proper documentation of The Floating Drydock we can modify this model - after building it - for years to come!
