For some reason when I try to install enigma I get the microsoft install wizard then it completes to 100% before the installation from the disk and just stays there frozen..... I took a look at the disk and there are some pretty deep scratches on one part of it.
Am I screwed? Is my only option to buy another game? |

I have the same, or nearly the same, problem. At 91% the install hangs and then fails while copying music.ezu
My copy is an original 2.1.3 North American version. Looks like after some 2 years, my install disk is dead in the water. There doesn't seem to be any overy bad scratches on it, but still, it looks like it needs repair or replacement.
Kinda sucks,
WINXP with service packs
1gig ram
P4 2.5ghz. |

| If you send us your damaged disk and $5 (USA) to cover shipping and handling, we'll ship you a new one. Dreamcatcher is supposed to do this, but it seems to be a challenge to get them to do it. |

| Is this offer still vaild? I got my game two days ago and I get this Palette loading error, I read somewhere its a fault disk. Whom can I send my disk to ? |

Engima will only run from the original disk, not from an image, not from a clone, not from a copy. It doesn't play well with no-cd hacks or other piracy related tools.
Send a copy of your receipt, the original cd and your $5 and we'll send you a replacement.

| I bought it used from EB games, would I still be able to mail it in or should go back to the EB where I got it from. |
