Hi,
Playing the second scenario of the Perisher Campaign (locate and close a Walrus Sub), I noticed that Demon was not showing me the proper number of blades for that sub which is supposed to be 5. Unless I don`t understand very well how Demon work, it is showing me 4 vertical lines (one os for the shaft and I guess the other 3 are supposd to say that it has 3 blades no?
Thanks for any info
BTW I know I have the good contact, since one of the goal was met and it is actually the only contact out there! |

I think if you are not close enough the DEMON will not always show tracers for all blades on the display. Try getting closer & from behind :hmm: |

I have played SC for a couple of years now and in my experience I have never seen all the blades a target is supposed to have and I have been within 500 yards of the target! I think its just a case of ignoring the manual on this one and just count all the lines as blades.

Yup. The Walrus is a pretty quiet boat, especially if she's operating at a slow speed and on the other side of a thermal layer. After reading your post, I tested it out in a Flight I Los Angeles, and got to within 500 yards and still couldn't pick up the fifth blade.
To pick up all blades on the Seawolf, you practically have to drive up her butt.
Cheers. |
