A strategy game like Rome:Total War but also with nice 3D naval battles, a part that I missed in Rome:TW
release date is April 29. in Europe

Wow! But where's the good ol' USA? The time period goes to 1830..surely they took the War of 1812 and Barbary Coast into consideration.
This rivals Pirates! in combining both land and naval combat. |

Holy crap.... it looks like my summer will be busy with this and Silent Hunter III.
I have to say, that video is the first Napoleonic game I have ever seen, that made a volley fire look deadly. |

After playing the demo and watching the naval battle, I will definately
put this game on my list to buy next. I had thought about Empire Earth 2
but I think this game will come first....

It looks really nice and the Napoleanic era is crying out for a game like this but How does it compare to M:TW and R:TW etc? |

Campaign game is fine; sea battles are too simplistic and land battles are a joke - no morale, men never respond to immenient disast, i.e. two generaton-old RTS. The naval games in Cossacks II are better. |
