lockups

I have verything loaded, SC + 18 + SCXII + SCXIIc + ESM fix and I got some missions from the web (subguru.com). Now the problem is that on some missions when I click on their name in mission selection screen or I click on the name of the campaign in the campaign selection screen the game locks up. This is 100% reproducible and happens when I click on

SSN 637 campaign or

Kill Robert Mugabe mission.

Anyone experienced something similar ?
