Ship of the Line?

Just got this game and have played it some, but curious about the Shipe of the Line as I haven't seen any. Any clue?

The best way to see a ship of the line is to annoy the English i.e. keep raiding their towns and sinking\capturing their ships. After a while they will send out pirate hunters in a ship of the line after you. I'm not sure if it's possible with other nations though I imagine it probably is.
