Hello all,
If memory serves me right, i've heard some talks regarding a bubble masking system on the ships of the US navy. I know i read it in the book '"red storm rising" but i'm not sure whether it is being used today or if the system wasn't efficient or still is being used today.
Can anyone shed some light? |

It's actually called a prarie-masker becase it consists of two ststems: the "prarie" part covers the propeller with bubbles (reducing it's noice signature), and the "masker" part covers the hull... |
